Moller’s Flying Car: We´ve been waiting all this time for THAT?

Moeller´s Flying Car

We all know that flying cars have been a topic debated and discussed for ages, and of course has never borne any result. It’s not like we’re waiting for something like that are we? For one, polluting the atmosphere will be on its peak if that ever happens and secondly. It’s way too dangerous and would hike accidents to unprecedented scales.

What you see up there is Moller International’s “Jetson’s-like air car’ small airborne two passenger saucer-shaped vehicle that is designed to take-off and land vertically,” and which remains a safe and pointless 10 feet from ground level. Now, of course anyone who’s been following up for flying cars in a while knows that Moller has been up to this for way too long to even begin setting your hopes high.

As per what’s been heard of it however, the M200g Volantor can, speed on any kind of terrain, and will soon be demonstrated in Davis, California.

As much as they’d like to convince you and me that this one’s revolutionary, you and I fortunately have a more sensible side to us. Moreover, we’re never going to drive flying cars anyway, aren’t we? Wonder what’d happen if our petro-meter conked off and we ran off gas mid-air! (NiRa)
