Fujitsu Siemens intros new Amilo Puma-based laptops

Fujitsu Siemens now follows Packard Dell in introducing Puma-based laptops. The former has recently introduced the Amilo Sa 3650(13 inch) and the Amilo Xa 3530(17 inch) both running on Turion X2 Ultra processor.

The new laptops will also come with BrilliantView displays, Bluetooth 2.1, eSATA, and keyboards that are water-resistant.

Battery life of each laptop can be improved by slowing down the CPU with the ‘underclock’ button.

Other specs of the Amilo Sa 3650 include: M780G chipsetís integrated ATI Radeon HD 3200 graphics, and Amilo GraphicBooster. The 17 incher Amilo, on the other hand, impresses with the following:

  • ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650
  • digital TV tuner
  • optional Blu-ray drive
  • 720p-capable WXGA+ 1440 x 900 display
  • up to 640GB

No official report yet on when the laptops will ship and for how much.
