Kodak this week introduced a new digital photo frame that is so expensive at $1,000. I mean, more than a hundred bucks just for a digiframe? I might as well get a netbook instead then buy a portable HDD with the price.
Oh well, seems like Kodak’s trying to up their status in the digital photo frame industry by rolling out this new frame that features OLED technology. Such technology is said to produce crisper and superior image quality so I guess the price tag is okay for now. (Not that I plan to get one).
Features of the Kodak $1,000 photo frame include a 2GB built in memory, card reader, 16 million colors, 7.6 inch screen with 30,000:1 contrast ratio, 800 x 480 resolution, and 16:9 aspect ratio widescreen display.
