Panasonic just introduced a camera that uses the Micro Four Thirds techology launched last month. Officially called as the Panasonic Lumix DMC-G1, this one uses the new standard for interchangeable lens cameras, said to be a breakthrough in camera-technology this year.
Specs of the Panasonic Lumix DMC-G1 include the following:
- 0.2 oz (5g) body weight
- interchangeable-lens
- 12.1-megapixel Live MOS image sensor
- 4-channel readout
- Venus Engine HD imaging processor
- 60 fps Live View function
- Supersonic Wave Filter dust reduction system
Yet to be available this November, Panasonic Lumix DMC-G1 price tag is still blank but will be announced next month according to Panasonic.
