Recently at the CEDIA show, Pioneer introduced 16 new speakers perhaps to confirm once again that they are one of the best in sound engineering. Well, the speakers are good enough but one really stood out in the crowd and commanded the attention of the geeks and the audiophiles.
The Elite® EX Series is made of a laminated medium-density fiberboard (MDF) baffle and a ceramic graphite tweeter according to Wired. The two materials may have been the culprit of why this particular series is booming nice acoustics.
The Elite EX is slim and pricey at $1,600-$2,000 price range.
