Whenever I hear the name iRiver, I immediately think of MP3 players. But that will all change since iRiver recently introduced a navigation system ideal to use in vehicles. Officially called as the CaroNavi, this in-car navigation system is a first from the manufacturer.
Specs of this nav system include a spacious 3.5 inch LCD touchscreen display boasting a 320 x 240 resolution. SD card slot, MAPLUS software from Edia, and a 2GB flash memory. This new device from iRiver also supports various formats such as WMV, MP3, WMA and OGG file.
iRiver CaroNavi Car Navigation System will be available for $320. Device is yet to be released in Japan this December 19.
