Motorola has recently started their trial of 4G technology. Both Motorola and 3GPP cooperation of telecommunications companies are excited about the potential of 4G that could bring up to 100Mbps of speed.
Here’s what EMEA for Motorola home and networks mobility’s Vice – President and General Manager Joe Cozzolino has to stay about the project:
“Motorola is at the forefront of the development of 4G, which will address the mobility demands of today’s consumers are looking for personalized media experiences and operators seek to reduce the cost per bit and gain a competitive advantage.”
With such speed, you just can imagine how fast browsing the Internet could be. A possibility of better cloud-computing and use of web-based applications is there if the 100Mbps Internet speed is achieved.
This month at the Mobile World Congress, Motorolo will be showcasing the 4G/LTE technology perhaps with Vodafone’s Internet service.
