Later today, Oprah will finally join the Twitterworld and make her first tweet on her show. @oprah recently announced on her Facebook page that she will start tweeting.
Tonight’s show will be the Twitter War winner, none other that Ashton Kutcher, or what she calls “the King of Twitter”. It’s exciting for the Twitter addicts and Oprah fans because finally, Ms. Winfrey is joining the bandwagon.
Twitter CEO Evan Williams even tweeted earlier that today may be a very big day for Twitter. For one, the race between @aplusk and @cnnbrk will finally come to a close(it already did) and then Oprah making her first tweet.
In the last month, five million users have signed up for Twitter. The SF-based microblogging company may soon have a problem sustaining more followers so they’d better come up with something greater.
