I know a lot of kids who are afraid to go to the dentist. My nephew, for one, doesn’t like it when his parents would bring him to the dentist. I just wish his dentist would get a PediSedate before he does whatever needs to be done to the young kid.
The PediSedate is simply a GameBoy attached to a nitrous oxide machine. The toy with video games obviously helps to distract kids while prepping them for an oral surgery according to Gizmodo. This is good news for dentists and yes, even parents who are thinking of sedating their unruly kids once in a while.

I don’t think this is the way to go here. As the kids grow up they will get bored with the games en they will get afraid to go to the dentist. Imo there should be invested extra time in children at the dentist so they get familiar with it…..
