One of these days, Twitter will be unveiling a new homepage design that puts the search functionality on a more prominent position. Some new features will be added too.
The facelift can’t be seen yet by ordinary Tweeples but Biz Stone co-founder posted the changes in Twitter as he saw them. Real time search seems to be the major function as more and more people rely on Twitter for news and the current trends.
According to Biz Stone, the search results would no longer show on a separate page. The results will remain on the homepage and would crawl the tweets of the people you are following.
