Owen Thomas, who has run the Silicon Valley gossip rag Valleywag for the past couple years, is leaving blog powerhouse Gawker Media (Gawker.com). Thomas, a former editor at Business 2.0 Magazine was brought in to run Valleywag in June 2007.
Thomas will stay in the Valley is going to work for NBC.
