Ever seen the perfect slow motion picture and wished you could live that moment over and over again? Well, that’s exactly what a glimpse of BBC’s South Pacific Documentary did to me. Talk about the amazing camerawork, and you’re talking about the modified TyphoonHD4 camera, priced at $100,000.
Of course, there’s not a whole lot of hoopla exactly what these modifications are (you weren’t thinking they’d tell us all, were you?), but it has apparently been outfitted with a special underwater housing designed by German high-speed camera expert Rudi Diesel, can shoot at 20 times the speed of the normal HD Camera. Wowie is all I can say!
