Microsoft seems to be following the once bitten (or err, several times bitten) several times shy syndrome when it comes to releasing Windows 7 in Europe. The Windows 7 European version will not come bundled with Internet Explorer or any other browser. But then of course that doesnt mean that OEMs won’t come up with their own assited packaging of the software, and won’t bundle up different browsers with it.
This comes in close call to Europe’s anti-trust policy against Microsoft, that seems to have given way too many reasons to Microsoft to plan its footing carefully when in Europe.
