Twitter has decided to make some hay (or well, money) while the sun shines. I believe it definitely should considering the popularity of the site is increasing by the day and almost every bigwig associated with it is making money anyway. And how does Twitter plan to do that?
Well it is going to begin charging companies for account verification. The first couple of companies to be charged for verification would be Dell (which has made quite a few bucks out of Twitter) and then Starbucks. Company co-founder Biz Stone confirmed this fact with Bloomberg. Woohoo, I hope Twitter starts making a good amount of greens.
