Apple may have experienced their best non-holiday quarter revenue but the iPod seems to be left a few steps behind. Why, the product line sales dropped by 7% as compared to the 130% increase of the iPod Touch and the 626% of iPhone sales.
More and more people may be drawn to the touch Apple products because they offer better features as compared to the Apple iPod of the past era.
Apple can still do something though, bump up the storage capacity and lower the price. For sure, people will go for the iPod again. Perhaps add colors to the iPod classic?
