Solar-powered cap-slash-fan is ‘green’

It’s summer in the US and while some parts of the world should be colder by now, I’ve been reading about hot and humid weather in Asia. I bet more people would appreciate this solar-powered fan here that is just smart.
You may look a bit silly wearing this but who cares, when the weather is hot, you’d do anything and wear anything just to be comfortable. This one is even green in the sense that it only needs sunshine to work.
