The ChromiumOS is a custom version of the Chrome OS by Google made especially for the Dell Mini 10. I haven’t tried the new OS but I know it makes web-browsing easier than usual.
Only Dell Mini 10 netbooks can run the Chromium OS so don’t try running the Google OS on other netbooks.
