
The latest version of the iPhone SDK now allows VOIP connection via 3G. Before it was only allowed over WiFi but thanks to Apple for lifting the restrictions up.
iCall is the first app that offers VOIP calls and now, it can be used with 3G. iCall is available now from the App Store.
