
In Barcelona at the MWC, Texas Instruments unveiled their newest nHD chipset and the DLP Pico suite that could possible make the smallest DLP Pico device soon. By the second quarter of this year, production will commence so that means new pico projectors will be launched soon.
Specs of the DLP Pico solution includes 640 x 360 resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, true RGB LED wide color, Pico DPP2601/2607 ASIC/Processor, 20 percent thinner optical module, and a greater than 50 percent smaller optical module volume.
