
Google should have learned the lessons from Apple and Microsoft before registering name products but they haven’t. You see, when the search engine giant tried to register the Nexus One, they failed because such name is already owned by Integra Telecom.
Google still doesn’t own the Android name so the company is having a hard time now with their claims. Let’s just wait and see if Google will win or not.
