
Some robots are just too cute they could only entertain while there are some that are actually useful. Take for example this Recycling Robot that can sort all types of plastic.
The Osaka University and Mitsubishi made this robot that features and uses lasers to sort. Reflectivity of the plastic is being measured by different lasers to identify them.
Price tag reads $55,000. Pricey but also really useful.
