
We’re still not into Bluetooth 3.0 but the 4.0 will be out by 2011. Bluetooth Special Interest Group has made this connectivity to consume lower energy unlike the previous versions. Bluetooth 4.0 is not just about speed but more on power-saving.
As described, it will come with a low energy mode that will allow expansion of the technology in health, sports and fitness, home entertainment, and security.
