
The IdeaPad U Series laptops from Lenovo was recently updated with new Core processors. The laptops are already a winner with their ambient light sensors and chiclet keyboards but Lenovo decided to up their game with Core i5 and Core i7.
Yet to be available this June, the IdeaPad U notebook computers will have Core 2010 ULV chips. Models U160 (11.6-inch), U360 (13-inch ), U460 (14-inch), and U560 (15-inch) will be configured with either of the following processors:
- 1.6GHz Core i7-640UM
- 1.06GHz Core i7-620UM
- 1.2GHz Core i5-540UM
- 1.06GHz Core i5-520UM
- 1.2GHz Core i5-430UM
- 1.2GHz Core i3-330UM
Not much word on the other specs but a $679 starting price can be expected.
