
Seems like Apple is not focusing on fixing the antenna reception problem yet. You see, the reps of AppleCare are just being taught how to handle iPhone 4 customers’ complaints according to BGR who managed to get a copy of Apple corporate’s document.
The AppleCare cares are told to say “avoid covering the black strip in the lower-left corner of the metal band”
which is a better version of what Steve Jobs has announced a few days ago.
Also they are told that Apple “ARE NOT appeasing customers with free bumpers – DON’T promise a free bumper to customers.”
Good and polite answer but still not enough to fix the problems and handle the disappointments.
