
Acer just rolled out their slim LED monitor series called the S1. The S1 series features energy-saving technologies, LED backlighting technology, RoHS and ENERGY STAR 5.0 compliance, and will come in 23-inch, 21.5-inch, and 20-inch models.
The monitor only consume 68% less of power because of the LED technology used. The packaging materials used are recyclable so we can consider this line very green.
Other specs include the following:
- rapid 5ms response times
- 250 cd/m2 brightness
- 16.7 million colors support
- 16:9 aspect ratio
- 1920 x 1080 resolution
- VGA port or DVI port
- HDCP protection
Prices range from $169.99 to $219.99.
