
The new eXplorist GPS devices were recently shown off by Magellan. The eXplorist 710, 610, and 510 all feature the following:
- 3-inch color touchscreen
- World Edition map preloaded
- 3.2-megapixel camera
- geotagging
- audio messaging recording
The GPS gadgets are also waterproof up to 3.3-feet for up to 30 minutes underwater making it IPX-7 certified.
The 610 model can track weather patterns and features barometric altimeter and three-axis electronic compass while the 710 got the Summit Series topographic map and City Series turn-by-turn maps.
The eXplorist 710, 610, and 510 cost $350, $450, and $550.
