Mini-projector in a wedding ring is so geeky

Soon-to-be-husband Luke Jerram designed a unique wedding ring for his wife. He partnered with a local jewelry store to create this wedding band that functions as a mini-projector. The ring includes a small photographic slide and less that shows photos of couple when illuminated.
This is one geeky wedding ring I’m not sure all brides will love. But then again, not all brides can get to have this kind because Luke Jerram made this only for his wife. We’re hoping they’ll last. No, really. Geeky or not.

This is by far the cutest ring I’ve ever seen! I love it! Do you know approximately how much it costs to have that made? Also, do you know if the slides are likely to break over the years?
