The Solar Impulse has successfully stayed in the air for about 26 hours. This is a feat considering the plane was only powered by Mr. Sun.
Solar Impulse is a four-engine aircraft that reached 29,000 feet using a wingspan equipped with 12,000 solar cells. The plane touched down at Payerne Airport in Switzerland after more than a day.
