Engadget recently shared prototypes of a Dell Thunder smartphone. The specs of the mobile phone include a 4.1-inch touch-screen display, 8MP camera, 512 MB ROM, 512 MB RAM, LED flash, Qualcomm Adreno graphics, and a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor.
The two prototypes each run Android 2.1 and Android 1.6 OS with 1280 x 768 and 800 x 600 resolution, respectively.
Dell Thunder prototypes were tested for a possible Verizon or Sprint CDMA version and AT&T and T-Mobile 3G model.
