Just like Apple with their SDK for the iPhone, Microsoft is also set to release a Developer’s Tools for the upcoming Windows Phone 7. This September 16, the software giant will be releasing the said tools for the developers so they could create new games and apps for the new smartphone OS.
Microsoft will start accepting submissions on October, only a few weeks after the September launch. If schedule is followed, then Windows Phone 7 units will be officially released just before the year ends.
