
We mentioned that Android grew by 886 percent. RIM takes 32 percent of the smartphone market but the report doesn’t end with that. Why, Nielsen found out that only 42 percent of the figure are sticking with their Blackberrys.
Apple iPhone owners, about 89 percent of them, will get a new iPhone. On the other hand, 71 percent of Android buyers will stick to Android.
RIM has got to think of ways to keep their people and their Blackberrys. It’s a serious matter you know. At least in the smartphone industry.
