I was too quick to say that the Samsung Galaxy Tab is the one for me. There are more tablets coming out in the next few weeks so I guess I just have to wait.
Take for example this ViewPad 100 from ViewSonic. It’s another possible alternative to the iPad since it features dual OS. It can run both Windows 7 and Android so you can enjoy both. Other features of the tablet include a 1GB DDR3, Intel Atom N455 processor, and a 2-point multitouch screen with 1024 x 600 pixel resolution.
It’ still a prototype but it looks impressive. Sadly, it runs Android 1.6 and not the Froyo yet. Tablet features WiFi but 3G connectivity is not an option.
ViewSonic ViewPad 100 is expected to be available for $769 this October in Europe.
