The latest version of Skype now allows video-calling with up to 10 people at the same time. This is just a beta version for Windows but you can now enjoy group video calls, better stability and quality, as well as, an improved user interface.
If you wish to add another person to a group call, make sure he also has the Skype 5.0 version for it to work. Otherwise, you won’t be able to add them to the group video conference.
You may download the beta version here.
