We saw the yet-to-be-announced MacBook Air yesterday. We’re not saying it’s official so let’s use the terms ‘rumor’ and ‘leaked photo’ for now. Engadget recently shared some more details about the new Apple notebook according to their source.
Rumor has it that the new MacBook Air will be an 11-inch mobile notebook and will be loaded with the following specs:
- Mini DisplayPort
- USB ports
- SD card reader
- 2.13GHz Intel Core Duo
- smaller 11.6-inch display
- 2GB of memory
- optical drive
- updated TrackPad
I knew I was right to hold off buying a new MacBook after my old, white model “died”. In a few hours, we can say that Apple has finally entered the “netbook” arena if the MacBook Air we’re talking about is true.
