Lotte and KT reportedly just started to accept mobile payments in Korea via the NCF. The Near Field Communication payment is by KT and is now working on the Samsung Galaxy S II.
The Korean mobile carrier is making NFC payment possible at Lotte Stores with a reward system. You know, the more-you-spend-more-points system that allows you to accumulate points. More than 19,000 won of payment will give you more points.
