
Samsung plans to bring the flexible AMOLED displays next year to watches and smartphones among others. A partnership with Ube Kosan is being set up for Samsung to receive the plastic substrate material in the coming months as needed.
Seems like Samsung is serious with the mobile arena and the flexible display could just be the right ticket as the latter is expected to be more popular and even be a 2.4-billion dollar industry four years from now.
