Last week, Apple was blocking the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia due to patent infringement. It wasn’t the first actually since in Europe, Apple and Samsung are also in the same battle. But this time, we’ve news that Apple has won the battle in Germany. Apple won an injunction blocking German sales of the Galaxy Tab 7.7 according to a report.
The Galaxy Tab 7.7 was then pulled out from the German website and IFA after the Düsseldorf Regional Court handed down a decision last Friday. This is not the first time as last month, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 was also blocked.
A “Not for sale in Germany” sticker was placed after the decision but all models were gone during the weekend. Such a sad week for Samsung.
