
So the Kindle tablets are already out and Amazon just made available for download the Android-based source code. The 800MB file will allow programmers, hackers, and whoever genius out there to customize the software and do some hacks.
Nothing really new as it’s just the Android 2.2 code but it will include APIs, drivers, and custom libraries from Amazon.
