
Told ya, the tablet war between Apple and Samsung isn’t over yet. Just last week the latter was celebrating its win Down Under by releasing ads that directly takes a jab at Apple.
This time, we learn that Samsung puts up another fight in Germany by filing four new patent claims that include emoticon use among utility patents and standard-related patents.
This is one long battle. I might get tired of it, really.
