Nintendo’s earnings may have dropped 60 percent last quarter but that won’t stop the Japanese company from coming up with ways on how to improve its situation. Finally, the Nintendo Network will be released for the fans.
Nintendo’s Satoru Iwata said that the Nintendo Network promote communication and competition among the users. This is mainly for the Nintendo 3DS users as the design was built around the gaming console but of course, other gaming devices like the Wii U will have its own infrastructure.
The Nintendo Network is different from the current Nintendo Wi-Fi connection services. The Nintendo Network also allows consumers to purchase and download add-on content for the 3DS and later, the Wii U.
