It’s been months since we last featured the Segway. I don’t know what’s happening with the personal mobile transpo but it now has another rival in the form of the Trikke. Unlike the Segway though, this one comes with three wheels. (Of course, it’s a trike’.)
The Trikke was shown off last week at CES in Vegas. It can go as fast as 17 mph and is powered by a battery. It boasts of zero emissions and can go up to 24 miles on a single charge.
Trikke is also fordable for easier storage and portability. Price starts at $1,299.99 for the Volt like while the 3G Volt is $1,900. The 48 volt is more expensive at $2,200.
