A Chinese official is now saying that Proview owns the iPad trademark in China. This has been an issue for sometime now. In February, Amazon China removed the iPad 2 from its listing. But then a few days after, a Chinese court became in favor of the iPad.
Proview isn’t giving up just yet. Why, the Chinese vice minister for the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC) even recently mentioned that Proview own the iPad trademark in the country.
The battle won’t end soon. Apple has too many enemies, eh?
