
Here’s another patent battle I wish isn’t happening right now. Microsoft is so unfortunate for the Xbox 360 to be banned in the US as recommended by a judge. This is only a recommendation by an ITC judge so the software giant isn’t required by the law to follow.
The case between Motorola, which is now owned by Google, and Microsoft is about four issues of patent infringement against the latter.
