Apple may be rejoicing a bit now that a US judge ordered to stop sales of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. This isn’t permanent as it is only a preliminary injunction as requested by Apple. On the other hand, Samsung could be gearing for another bout.
US District Judge Lucy Koh granted the injunction because of Apple’s case strength. According to the order, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 is infringes on iPad’s design.
Samsung is believed to take further legal steps. The company is confident business won’t be affected because they offer a lot of other products, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet is just one.
