
From Google to Yahoo. This is what Marissa Mayer has done. Marissa Mayer is now the CEO of Yahoo after Scott Thomson stepped down earlier this year.
Marissa Mayer has worked at Google before and was employee number 20. She was also the search giant’s first female engineer and held major roles in Google’s Search, Images, Books, Product Search, Toolbar, iGoogle, News, and Gmail.
She was President of Local, Maps, and Location Services before she left Google for Ubilad and then SRI International. Effective July 17, 2012, Marissa Mayer is President and Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors.
