
Google’s Google Earth and Maps Imagery recently made history by adding an extensive catalog of new imagery: high res aerial and satellite imagery and 45° imagery.
Only 25 cities and 72 countries are featured for now but they’re already available in both Google Earth and Maps. Images of a few cities are available for your viewing. Since the London 2012 Olympics is ongoing, there’s an image of the Olympic Park and Village ready.
As for the new 45° imagery, 28 cities are included: 21 US cities and 7 international locations.
