The brand Beats has gone a long way. From being known to start with Monster, Beats has become a popular brand of headphones releasing special limited editions with popular artists like Justine Bieber, Lady Gaga, and Dr. Dre.
With HTC putting a big stake in the brand and Beats acquiring MOG for $14 million more than a couple of months ago, the company decided to enter the business headphones for the older generation. A pair of Executive over-the-ear headphones is said to be currently being tested by Beats and is expected to be formally announced soon.
Not that Beats isn’t doing well. In fact, I can see a lot of b’s almost everywhere I go but to go for the older crowd is something. For me, it’s a bold step considering there are many competition.
