Mercedes-Benz unveiled what might just be the most powerful electric production car at the Paris Motor show. The SLS AMG Electric Drive is powered by 4 electric motors at each wheel, making it full time 4WD. This electric vehicle also has an outstanding power output of 740 hp, 738 pound feet of torque and does 0 to 60 in 3.9 seconds.

Mercedes has no doubt created a powerfully and sexy EV which will appeal to sports car enthusiasts with a soft spot for the earth’s well-being. But carrying a heavy price tag of $500,000; it is not a car that all will be able to afford. As spectacular as it may be.
