[VIDEO] Interactive ‘Cloud’ is Made of 6,000 Bulbs

September 21, 2012

If you are still one of those skeptics who don’t still don’t have a clue on how putting it all up in the ‘CLOUD’ works, check out this art installation in Alberta, Canada.

The art installation, made of over 6,000 bulbs, with 1,000 still working and would still light-up once the people under the cloud would pull on the chain, is made by artist Caitlind r.c. Brown, and may not be a direct representation of the whole cloud computing concept but still, it’s cool. Besides, cloud computing is basically all your data suspended in the ether, where you can pull your data down when connected to the grid or put your data back if you want to store it, just like how the people on the video below would react when they interact with the art installation. Or not. Anyway, Happy Weekend everyone!
