An October 17 Apple event might not be happening. Instead, let’s expect it to happen on October 23. No invites have been sent out yet or at least, been leaked or posted by those invited.

We’re thinking the iPad Mini will be unveiled before the October 26 launch of the Windows 8 and October 29 Windows Phone 8 launch. I know like me, you’re excited to know if the 7.85-inch iPad mini is for real. I think it’s the perfect size for who finds the iPad too big and the iPhone to small.
